The four day Thanksgiving weekend was pretty good. We spent most of it at my husband's parent's place. Black Friday we always put the Christmas lights up on their house with them. It's tradition. The kids love helping. In this way it is nice living 10 minutes away (if you drive). We will be helping them decorate their Christmas tree too, yet another tradition the kids love.
Sorry not a whole lot of photos taken.
This afternoon we headed out to find that perfect Christmas tree. We got the perfect one!! No the one here isn't it...this belongs to Charlie Brown...the kids were bummed. I will have photos of course when the lighting is better.
We love searching for the perfect tree, but I can't figure out why we always pick the end of the day as the sun is going down...I can't see anything during dusk...and I don't ever get any good photos. It is hard to believe how outdated my camera really is. ;)
Tomorrow is the first day of December!! I think this month is going to be gone in a blink of an eye. I don't even know how I will remember everything that happened this year...I do thank God for cameras though because if you can't remember you can always go over the photos you have taken which can then hit something in your brain that makes you remember. I seriously wish I could remember a lot of things that have happened through out the years...it is frustrating to me.
So more cleaning to do tomorrow around the house and need to get school in...there wasn't a whole lot happening last week.
