Day 3

You know I'm feeling really good despite the cold I have.
Well I'm feeling more awake and I'm starting to sleep better.
My body hasn't been feeling like it's crawling under my skin as much, I'm starting for feel a bit calmer.
Still have a long ways to go before I'm back to 100%
In most cases it takes a good year or so, it all depends on how damaged your body is.
It's funny when I took this some time back, there were times where I felt some discomfort in areas of my body that had been damaged by past injuries... like the time my brother hit me upside the head with a croquet mallet. Or when I hurt my hand in college and had a lot of scar tissue between my thumb and pointer finger.
Or my damaged knee... that's a big one, with lack of fluid in my cartilage I'm unable/was unable to run, kneel, climb stairs among other things. You know all the normal things people should be able to do. Last I was told that surgery was in my future. I think it's a hereditary thing (maybe not the fluid issue but the bad knee) because my mom and her dad had the same issue with the same knee and they both had surgery.
Because your body is getting the vitamins and minerals it needs (the mangosteen and aloe are a huge help as well) your body is able to do what it was meant to do... heal and take care of its self!! It's pretty awesome!
