This month has flown by.
Doing better than I was last month. Boy, that bug I had would not go away. Now I'm dealing with allergies, oh joy.
vemma has been doing it's thing.
Sleeping better
Energy level has stayed up
Lost some weight
Nails are growing nicely
Joints don't hurt when the weather changes drastically, like it has been this year.
Can't think of anything else. Getting ready for retreat and than outdoor school. A bit nervous about the outdoor school but I know the boy will have a good time.
